SageNavigator

"2025 was a year of great growth for SageNavigator. With the help and support of our sponsors and community partners, we've been able to serve 1500 individuals through our SageSolutions, SageTalks, and SageVentures programs - helping older adults and people with disabilities thrive while aging in place.
Our impact went beyond our internal programs. Through our partnership with Atlanta Habitat for Humanity, our team provided nearly 300 referrals to partnering organizations to address the social determinants of health. From tackling food insecurity and providing respite services to installing grab bars and facilitating roof repairs, we’ve worked tirelessly to ensure our community is safe, nourished, and supported.
In addition to this, we've been proud to help put on events such as the Aging Well Expo and the Alter Dementia Summit (which is coming up again soon!).
We can't wait to see what 2026 brings!
