As we have been cultivating the 5D energy within the earth playground, we will be continuing to revisit the lower dimensional energies to purposefully heal our own sweet heart.
Each 24 hours are presenting opportunities to expose our blind spots and lovingly parent our inner child, the body, the thought forms that we have consented to.
Follow along with me, if you will...
If you can imagine your own hand as the dimensions of 1D through 5D, then a single finger may be one dimension.
We, as a finger, feel separate from others. We notice how we may be smaller or larger, maybe there is a flaw in ourselves. We blame the adjacent finger for our problems.
With higher awareness, then we can gain new perspectives and higher consciousness in order to work in a new way.
When we start embodying the entire hand, we can work in unity as a hand. There is so much more a hand can do than a single finger.
And there are some important things to note:
* The hand is unity of the sub units. It is one and it is also many.
* Each individual part is clearly different and appreciated for their own participation.
* No hierarchy in the fingers or hand.
* The hand may from time to time identify as hand, but can also identify that hand is also collective of fingers.
* But the fingers often just identify as finger rather than hand, because fingers may or may not yet have the consciousness of the hand.
* If one finger is broken, it will affect the wholeness of the hand. The whole hand suffers.
That is why when we stretch our consciousness and body to beyond the 3D paradigm, it is necessary to not just identify as 5D.
5D implies:
1D (subconscious mind, physical body, past memories, programs, root chakra, 1st DNA strand, ancestral karma and memories, the color red),
2D (instinctual or habit mind, emotional body, emotional imbalances created from the 1D imbalances, addictions, urges, avoidance of things that are not familiar/change, avoidance of pain/challenges, avoidance of looking at self destructive tendencies, sacral chakra, 2nd DNA strand, the color orange),
3D (ego consciousness mind, mental body, 3rd DNA strand, the carry over of imbalances from 1D AND 2D in all manifestations, the color yellow),
4D (astral body, often distorted experiences of not being present in the body during non-slumber times, worry, fear, anxiety, poor sleep, astral attacks, disease attacks, unseen thoughts believed as real, ghosts/spectres, entity attachments, and maybe unwelcome ET visitation, 4th DNA strand, the color green) AND the
5D (5th DNA strand, throat chakra, blue color, potential for higher awareness of forgiveness, honesty, transparency, opening to living in service to others, surrender).
When a lower dimension is blocked, distorted, diseased, impacted, unattended to, then the above dimensions exponentially get affected.
This is why I always start at the root with clients. With the subconscious mind. It is grueling work to identify the beliefs, programs, and traumas that we have agreed to unconsciously. Because they lie below the surface and we often don't have the desire to do so much work without seeing immediate relief.
But we are living in the times where we need to not just be the hand without the fingers.
The hand has a responsibility to wake up, remember (re-member) every single part of their existence, and unify each member.
We cannot simply throw out, neglect, or bypass any of the lower dimensions and assume we can be living happy, joyous and free.
If you have made it this far, then I will challenge you to also recognize the hand is not just hand and fingers, but a part of a larger body of work. Larger consciousness based on smaller consciousness units.
That is humanity.
Although we do not like the way the people in the world are acting or have acted in the past. But we cannot simply blame them and cut them out of the unity equation.
Especially if we are to continue to evolve into our 6D through 12D consciousness.
We heal ourselves to the 5D level in all aspects.
Then the willingness to take responsibility grows even larger.
We recognize others as ourselves.
We can then turn our attention to finding ways to be the light in the greater darkness.
Every day, every one of us can either fall back into fear, blame, doomscrolling, alcohol, or apathy.
There is a higher calling at this time. Well, it has always been here.
The higher calling is to REMEMBER who you really are.
You and I are humans. Divine in nature.
We are physical and non-physical.
We are more than the thoughts and emotions, but we do include the thoughts and emotions.
We are more than the physical, but we cannot neglect the physical.
We are spiritual beings having a human physical experience, but don't assume spiritual is better than physical.
