I love home workouts. I love training my clients and I like training myself and I don’t mind giving y’all some workout tips that have worked for me and my clients.
Let’s get into these BROAD JUMPS
Broad jumps help increase our strength and power over time. The exercise tones the lower body from the calves to the glutes, strengthens the core and recruits the upper body as well. Because the move engages all of these muscle groups, it helps improve our coordination.
Broad jump is a calisthenics, cardiovascular, and plyometrics exercise that primarily targets the quads and to a lesser degree also targets the calves, hamstrings and hip flexors.

🔥CLIENT RESULTS🔥
I rarely share my clients results however. When they are happy with their results, I am happy for them.
We’ve only been training for 2 months and her results are awesome. She went from not being able to see her birthmark to now seeing it. I could tell her full story however she can tell it when she is ready.
She is not where she wants to be just yet however she FINALLY STARTED. And very happy with were she’s going. I appreciate her trusting me and to help her along the way. However it’s been her persistence, drive, motivation, consistency and love for herself that’s got her to where she is.
She approved me sharing these photos.

Just so you’ll know what results you will see I have attached some before and after pictures within just 2 months time span. As silly as this may sound I can say that my birthmark is sitting higher now. Real results and doing all the things she ask you to do!
