This is a house I designed for the Wasserman family about a dozen years ago. They sold the house a couple of years ago and the new owners always have the best Christmas lights. This one gets the 2025 Griswold Award for lighting excellence.

Progress at Decatur’s new Jazz Club is moving along. Framing, ductwork and plumbing are mostly complete and electrical has begun. Kitchen equipment installation is underway. The elevator tower is done and exterior wheelchair ramps will be poured soon. The restaurant that will be serving the Club is Cuban themed and is run by the owners of Mojitos in Norcross.
