Since we first opened our doors in 2019, you all have been so much more than clients—you’ve been a community that has walked through every season of life with us.

As many of you know, life moves fast, and fatherhood has a way of changing your perspective on everything. This schedule update is something we have been praying about for a while. While I still have a deep love for everything Next Level Stretch stands for, making this shift has become essential to ensure I am present for my family while still providing you with the high-level recovery and mobility work you expect.

By moving our Saturday hours to Monday and Wednesday evenings (4 PM – 8 PM), I can be the father and husband I need to be, while ensuring that when you are on the table, I am giving you my full energy and focus.

Thank you for your incredible support and for understanding as we navigate this new chapter together. I am so grateful to have a community that has been in our corner since 2019, and I can’t wait to see you during these new evening blocks!
