The (new renovated) Butler Residence | Cincinnati, OH

Here’s part 2 of the renovation (see previous post). After discussions on a creative way to renovate the living area, add more lighting, keep the gas stove, and create more living space and closet space……the gears started turning.

In this post you can see the expanded spaces with new appliances, added lighting, new fixtures/fan, fresh paint and a brand new floor!

And I almost forgot, the large custom island with a gas stove and stainless steel hood to complete modernizing their home. Shout out to on matching and installing the granite on the island.

This was a fun challenge to take on, but The Butlers were overwhelmed with the results and complimented us with a job well done.
