The Anahata Goddess of Love Retreat in Sedona was a success! 🙌🏾 Equine Immersion Therapy offered us a memorable and soulful experience. While the Shamanic Clearing was exactly what we needed to address any issues or blockages of the heart! During our workshops, we focused on Shadow Work and Inner Child Healing.
One of my biggest take aways from the Retreat was to stop being so hard on myself. To stop thinking that I should be further on my journey. To trust that I AM right where I'm supposed to be! To stand tall in my power and be proud of how far I’ve come! 💥 Once your Ancestors give you a vision, take action on it right away. It doesn't have to be perfect, you just have to get started! ✨🤞🏾
