BLUEBERRY CHOCO SMOOTHIE🫐🍫

Bringing you another simple + delicious snack smoothie today! I had this for a quick refuel after my run yesterday, and got it in within 10 minutes of finishing!! Immediate fueling post workout helps so much with recovery and is key to long term sustainability with training.
A smoothie like this serves as a snack to get an immediate refuel before taking the time to make a proper meal. I threw this together so quickly and absolutely loved every sip!! Be sure to SAVE, TRY, and ENJOY!!

THE DETAILS
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
- Big handful of spinach
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- Dash of cinnamon + salt
- Protein powder of choice (optional)
- Almond milk (to desired consistency)
- Adds ins of choice (optional)

TO PREPARE
Add all ingredients into the blender except for cacao nibs and powders. Add liquid slowly and blend until you reach your desired consistency. Add in your cacao nibs and powders and blend a final time to incorporate. Pour into a jar and enjoy!!

• 1 Tbsp of Almond Butter
• 1 Cup of Chocolate Oat Milk
• 1 Scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder
