Fried Pickle Dip
Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
4 tablespoons Dill Pickle Dip Mix
1 cup chopped dill pickles
1 cup plain panko bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter
Optional toppings such as, chopped pickles and fresh dill
Directions
Combine first 4 ingredients.
In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, toast panko bread crumbs in butter. Reserve ¼ cup.
Mix remaining ¾ cup panko bread crumbs in prepared dip. Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top.
Garnish with chopped pickles and fresh dill; if desired. Serve.
Makes about 16 servings.
Tasty Tips:
Lighten Up: Use light mayonnaise and sour cream instead.
