The structures of power have changed in College Park. Many people are feeling disempowered and not heard. Therefore people have taken action to regain power and to be heard. New Ideas and new structures are created to regain power. Speak Up College Park, Everthing College Park, United College Park, and now a new Citizens Council is proposed. When will it be enough for the people to trust and have faith in the current City Charter, City Ordinances, City Council, and Mayor? Was this all stimulated because of Jamelle and Tracie's successful election and the request to abide by the City Charter and ordinances on Bianca Montley Broom?
