We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse leader to oversee nursing operations for a skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing exceptional, person-centered care.

Qualifications:

✔ Active Georgia RN license

✔ 5+ years of skilled nursing, long-term care, rehab, or related experience

✔ 3+ years of nursing leadership experience

✔ Experience with regulatory compliance, quality assurance, staffing, and clinical operations

✔ MDS and Infection Prevention experience preferred (or willingness to obtain certification)
