One mistake we make is basing our Self- Love on who Love us— which means if someone dislikes you, you may allow it to affect how you feel about yourself.
Wellness can only be created by “Doing Well”. We have to take positive action on the things we know helps us improve.

Sometimes we let our fears choose our goals. We don’t go after our dreams because we feel defeated by them before we start the process of achieving them.
Don’t judge yourself by the “image” created by social media. You decide what’s productive for you, not society.
