Our Guests arriving today are a couple and their daughter coming up for a special weekend visit to Western Carolina University, so we dropped the twin bunkbed down and put out extra coffee.
It’s lovely in the Mountains today!

Our Guests this week: a couple from Florida on a much-needed, parents-only mountain getaway!
They requested the B&B option this morning and were served:
⭐️ Organic blackberry pecan coffee cake with fresh nitrate-free bacon from a local farm.
⭐️ Organic cold-pressed spinach, green apple, cucumber, kale, lime, parsley, and dill juice.
⭐️ High-protein all-natural vanilla bean yogurt (siggi's brand) with organic unsweetened shredded coconut, organic raspberries, and organic chocolate chips.
…delivered quietly and hopefully enjoyed in their fluffy robes and slippers with organic coffee while the birds (and goats on the farm behind us!) let them know the day has begun 🐐
A well-balanced, nutrient-dense, clean, protein-packed breakfast is the perfect fuel for a day exploring our beautiful mountains!
