Prior to becoming vegan I LOOOOVED a cookies n cream shake from CFA! I haven’t missed it much, but recently had a taste for one…

On Sundays…we brunch!
Here’s what I ate today. A lot of people ask me what I eat either for ideas or to convince me that I have limited options. 🤣

Sausage ➡️ I LOVE Beyond’s breakfast sausage.
Omelette ➡️ Just Egg with black salt, onion powder (or fresh onions), black pepper, spinach, tomatoes, green peppers!
Hash browns ➡️ Frozen 🤫 diced potatoes with fresh onions, red & green peppers, seasoning salt, and black pepper 🤤 😋

How vegan are we??? ⬇️ 😁
