We are looking to build a team of skilled Maintenance workers to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and painting in rental properties. You will be working to ensure facilities are tidy, functional, and move in ready. Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. The ideal candidate will have experience and solid technical knowledge. You must possess manual dexterity and physical stamina.

Responsibilities

Painting walls, ceilings, doors, baseboards, and trim
Perform minor fixes before painting such as filling gaps on walls etc.
Standard caulk out - remove old and re caulk plumbing fixtures and wet areas
Do garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, trimming shrubs, adding mulch etc.
Pressure washing flat work and home
Cleaning gutters/ sweeping the roof
Skills

Proven experience
Basic knowledge of painting
Experience using hand and electrical tools
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Physical stamina and dexterity
