In 2016, I started working for a community-focused organization that collaborated with over 600 nonprofits.

I consistently noticed these organizations struggled to achieve their inclusion diversity equity and antiracism goals.

Through weekly group trainings & 1:1 conversations, these organizations improved their effectiveness and cross-cultural communication.

In 2018, Dialogue Across Difference was created to help individuals and organizations transcend ethnocentrism and establish positive relationships across cultural differences.
