50% deposit + transportation fee required to hold time slot. Remaining payment will be collected the day of the party by cash, Venmo, or cash app. (No Checks)
You may cancel (deposit returned) or reschedule your party up to 7 days prior to your event. No refunds due to shorter stay. Requirements:
Children are required to wear a helmet (which can be lined with a disposable plastic liner for each child). All children must wear shoes (no sandals) to be near or ride horse. Children under 5 must be accompanied by a parent/ guardian at all times while riding pony. There is a 130 pound weight limit. Parents are required to sign a waiver for their child to ride. We come to you, so please make sure you have room for us to turn around the horse trailer. We will do our best to remove all pony waste from your property. Magical Celebrations does have general liability insurance. Transportation Fees:
-No transportation fee: Buford, Dacula, Auburn, and Flowery Branch.
-$25 transportation fee: Lawrenceville, Suwanee, Oakwood, Winder, Bethlehem, Pendergrass, and Sugar Hill.
-$50 transportation fee: Loganville, Monroe, Between, Commerce, Jefferson, and Snellville.
