Learning to do a squat properly takes skill. Learning to jump above the rim to slam the ball takes skill. Learning how to drive a speeding car around a track takes skill. Striving for excellence is less about skill and more about attitude. What does excellence look like to you?

Good morning family, you know what time it is!💥

This quick workout is great for everyone, especially those looking for a challenge. 💥

Perform each movement in the correct order. You will begin by performing alternate high knees for 20 seconds then rest for 10 seconds. After resting, move on to a plank alternate reach for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. Now perform a squat with alternate high knees for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. Now repeat each movement for 30 seconds and rest for 15 seconds between each movement. You will then perform the movements for 40 sec / 20 sec, 30 sec / 15 sec and finish with 20 sec / 10 sec. Good luck, have fun and be sure to pace yourself.
