Love, love, love these results! This beautiful lady turned 50 recently and never treated herself to any facial aesthetics. She wanted to do something for herself but wanted it to be non-surigcal. We applied botox for the upper face, 2 syringes of filler in her cheeks and added Miracu PDO threads to her jawline and upper neck line area. These results are from her first treatment.

We're recommending a second application of PDO threads to the jawline and upper neckline to continue the lifting and tightening in that area. Stay tuned for those results!

This fun and fashionable patient sought me out from out of state. She lives in a community where she knows many of the doctors and dentists. She picked me because of my experience. 🙏

Her before photo shows her existing veneers and lip filler. Some may say her lips and veneers look fine… ok maybe I’m being too nice. I doubt this before and after requires much description, but just in case…

Here’s what I see:

VENEERS
👉🏼Monochromatic and opaque – all one color = a dead giveaway that it’s fake
👉🏼Lack of anatomy – teeth are not flat like chicklets, they have 3D anatomy and lobing
👉🏼Uneven smile line – the incisal edges of the teeth should create a smile line that follows the curvature of the lower lip…not all up and down
👉🏼Canine hanging down and rotated forward at an unusual angle
Veneers can still be brilliantly white without looking fake. Teeth have natural characteristics like
translucency in the incisal edge and 3-dimensional anatomy with lobing and ridges. Veneers should have the same. This makes teeth look sexy.

LIPS
👉🏼Uneven, lumpy fill using a too-rigid material that stiffens the lips and causes them to hide the teeth. I dissolved her existing filler so she could start over. Now we can see her natural lip shape. If she decides in the future she wants larger lips to frame her smile, we will use a more flexible filler to enhance her already beautiful shape. And, we will make sure her filler doesn’t hide her new fabulous sexy smile!!
