A little personal invite to a few beautiful offerings coming up at the studio this weekend— each one created to help you slow down, settle your nervous system, and reconnect more deeply with yourself.

✨ Friday | 7:30pm
Crystal’s Foot Singing Bowl Sound Journey
A grounding, resonant experience that helps release tension and bring the body back into balance — especially nourishing after a busy week (and our 6pm Yoga Dance Party!).

🌿 Starting Saturday | 12:30pm
Weekly Tai Chi Gung, with Brian
Gentle, flowing movement that builds energy, steadiness, and presence. A wonderful practice for anyone wanting to move mindfully and cultivate inner balance.

🧘‍♀️ Sundays | 10–11:30am (2 weeks remaining)
Yoga Foundations Series, with Courtney and Melanie
Only a couple spots remain, and it’s such a valuable opportunity to slow things down and explore yoga more intentionally — learning the “why” behind the practice, not just the poses.

Each of these offerings meets you exactly where you are — no rushing, no pressure, just space to breathe, feel, and reconnect. We’d love to see you. 💛

I’ve found myself in an unplanned little experiment lately — a coffee-free, caffeine-free pause. At least for seven days. ☕️🚫😜

On the rare mornings when my schedule is slow (which I truly adore), I still crave the ritual: something warm, frothy, nourishing to sip while I ease into the day. So instead of forcing myself through or wishing for coffee, I gave myself permission to play in the kitchen.

This cacao-maca latte came together with protein powder, milk + water, cacao, maca, a touch of maple syrup, and cinnamon — and honestly… it’s so good. 🤍

Had I not removed coffee (even though it’s not the worst thing, just not always in my best interest), I never would’ve discovered how perfect another option could be.

Now I get to sit here, sip slowly, and let the morning do what it’s meant to do:
pause. process. reflect. and see what wants to be built next.

Sometimes the simplest shifts open the most unexpected doors. ✨
