Yoga Foundations Series, with Courtney and Melanie
Only a couple spots remain, and it’s such a valuable opportunity to slow things down and explore yoga more intentionally — learning the “why” behind the practice, not just the poses.

I’ve found myself in an unplanned little experiment lately — a coffee-free, caffeine-free pause. At least for seven days. ☕️🚫😜
On the rare mornings when my schedule is slow (which I truly adore), I still crave the ritual: something warm, frothy, nourishing to sip while I ease into the day. So instead of forcing myself through or wishing for coffee, I gave myself permission to play in the kitchen.
This cacao-maca latte came together with protein powder, milk + water, cacao, maca, a touch of maple syrup, and cinnamon — and honestly… it’s so good. 🤍
Had I not removed coffee (even though it’s not the worst thing, just not always in my best interest), I never would’ve discovered how perfect another option could be.
Now I get to sit here, sip slowly, and let the morning do what it’s meant to do:
pause. process. reflect. and see what wants to be built next.
Sometimes the simplest shifts open the most unexpected doors. ✨
