🔹Here’s why you’re finding it hard to hit your numbers🔹
We often hear people tried to add protein to their meal and came up short of their protein goals.
Don’t add it.
Build your meal around it. Start with the protein and go from there!
Need 30gs at lunch? Don’t start with the salad, and try to add cheese, and a side of greek yogurt.
Start with the chicken breast and add the other components. You’ll find you reach your numbers so much faster

Let it be you this year! • Repost: Not just another weight loss journey, MY health and wellness journey. 12 years…. 12 years of ups and downs, starts and stops, not giving myself the love and attention I deserve. I went from being an all state soccer player to a sloth, to a person who worked out hard but didn’t eat properly…. All the things. The
F$&;(d up thing is that my head has and is always stuck at the place where I’m never enough, not thin enough, not strong enough, not good enough. All that stops in 2024! I don’t want the young girls in my life to ever not feel like enough or hear me bitching about myself! I look at the people in my life and think, if these amazing people think I’m enough, I should feel it for myself. So thank you tribe, you know who you are. Thank you , for giving me the tools to assist with all the hard work, , and community, for always pushing and leading by example! I’m putting this all out here to motivate myself to continue grow, learn, accept, and push! Not getting older, getting better!

Curious what a check-ins entail?
On your check-in day, you’ll log into the customized Synergy Nutrition App Via .
Here your daily log will automatically import, and you’ll answer a set of questions set up by your coach to give input on how your week went. This will go alongside progress pictures and various measurements including chest, hips and waist to give us a true gauge of changes you will be seeing week after week. You also have the opportunity to submit your own video to your coach to go more in-depth!
Just like that, with a click of a button you’ll submit you’re check-in to your coach and receive a video, message and adjustments to help you head into the next week!
