Only a few spots left for the January retreat!! We get to experience the new retreat lodging facility and I could not be more excited. The holiday's can be crazy running around seeing friends and family - what better way to start the new year than to treat yourself to a relaxing weekend to recharge your batteries and set some goals for the new year?!!
The official dates for the Restorative Retreat in January have been chosen! I just booked with yesterday to come do a sound bath with the group. The ideas for other activities are flooding my brain right now. It's gonna be a great weekend to regroup after the holiday's and to start the new year off right!!
