If you want to sell a lot of books or reach your people, you have to treat your book(s) like a business.
You can still do this ethically and with compassion though.
Regardless, it means making data driven decisions and also focusing on your customer as the center of your decision making process.
It also means you have to test until you find out what works.
That’s not information you’ll find out if you don’t out in the reps to create content, show up through email, appear on podcasts, etc.
Whatever marketing method(s) you choose, remember consistency is key (in whatever frequency or medium that looks like for you or your team.)
