I haven’t taken a single trade this week.

Not because I couldn’t… but because my A+ setup hasn’t been there due to consolidating market conditions.

That’s part of the process.

What this DOES mean:

-I’m sticking to my rules
-I’m protecting my capital
-I’m waiting for clear, high-quality setups
-I’m staying patient and selective

What this does NOT mean:

-I’m forcing trades out of boredom
-I’m chasing the market
-I’m changing my strategy mid-week
-My edge is no longer valid

Trading isn’t about being active every day.
It’s about being patient, disciplined and emotionless.

The best trade is still no trade when the market isn’t there yet.
