*All Appointments must be scheduled 14 days prior to the agreed upon Event Date. "Rush orders" may be approved, depending upon availability(scheduling and inventory); a fee will be added to
the final standard total cost.
*Once the appointment is scheduled, the customer will receive an invoice containing description of services as well as any and all fees and charges that may apply. At this time a 50% deposit must be paid and the remaining balance will be paid in full on the day of the event prior to setup of the decorations.
*The break-down and disposal of any and all decorations is not included in the standard price, ONLY set up. An additional $100 will be paid for break-down and disposal, and must be requested at the time of scheduling the event, and is also subject to all rules and requirements of payment.
*Party rental supplies- customer will receive an invoice describing quantity and cost of supplies, as well as any additional fees or charges that apply. At that time 50% of total cost must be paid to reserve the rental supplies and the remaining balance MUST be paid in full on the day of event before unloading and setting up.
*Supply Rentals include- rental for one full-day, supplies MUST be ready for pick-up by 5:00 pm the following day. All supplies MUST be clean and accounted for. If any/or all of the supplies are damaged, a $100 fee will be charged to the customer, plus any additional costs required to repair and/or replace any damaged supplies. CANCELLATIONS:
*Booked Party Events- Once the 50% deposited has been paid, there will be a 48 hr grace period in which to cancel your event, if cancelled within this 48 hr period the customer will receive a 100% refund. If cancelled after the 48 hours grace period, the customer will NOT be receiving a 100% refund. If the balloon/supply order has been placed for the event, half of the customers deposit may be refunded back, minus the cost of supplies that has already been purchased for the event. Cost of supplies will not be refunded, only the remaining amount not yet used. If cancelled the week of the event, the deposit will not be refunded back. NO EXCEPTIONS.
*Party Supply Rentals- Please let us know if the party supplies are not needed anymore at least 24-48 hours before the event. If you cancel the day of the event, or once the items are out for delivery, a full refund will not be granted. The customer will be notified of the refund amount after charges for gas, travel and any other fees have been deducted from the amount already paid.
