Braised Mediterranean Lamb Lion with Roasted Yams. This is truly an incredible fusion of Mediterranean and West African flavors! The richness of braised lamb, infused with Mediterranean spices, paired with the earthy, slightly sweet taste of roasted yams, creates a beautifully balanced dish.

Background: On one of my travels, I visited a Nigerian restaurant in the UK and tried roasted yams (ñame) and roasted fish for the first time. I instantly fell in love with the dish—it was amazing. Inspired by that experience, I decided to create my own version with a twist, pairing roasted yams with braised Mediterranean Lamb.
