I LOVE getting creative with your detail items on your wedding day. That’s why I like to schedule in at least 1 hour on my arrival to get situated, capture establishing shots, and get creative with your details. 💍

To tell your full wedding story, the little things matter. You put time, effort, and attention into items such as your invitation, jewelry, and shoes. Let’s make sure they are captured well AND captured with attention and detail.

Let’s chat about rainy day weddings. ☔️ Because all this rainy weather has me thinking… rainy weddings happen. And nobody (well, mostly nobody) really asks for that. BUT… it happens. Here are things we do to plan for unwanted weather:
Bring you esthetically pleasing umbrellas to use during portraits!!
Prep our cameras and gear for rain… because we cannot use everything we normally do in the rain, but we do what we can to make sure we can still capture your moments the best possible.
Ask for your rain plan. So we know everything in advance and can best prepare!
Go with the flow! If we need to reorder your timeline to work around the weather, we absolutely will!

Looking to have a calm wedding day? I highly recommend building in extra time during getting ready.

The getting ready time of the day really sets the tone for the rest of the day. When you get to have time to feel relaxed during your getting ready, and just enjoy time with your friends and family, your day feels more relaxed and less like a photoshoot. Because the most important thing is to make sure you’re enjoying your day exactly how you envisioned it!

Here are how long I recommend for different moments:
Getting the Dress On: 30 Minutes
PJ Photos with Bridesmaids: 15 Minutes
Any First Look: 15 Minutes
Don’t forget travel time! If you need to get from one spot to another, make sure that time is included
