This is my lunch for this week. This is crab meat (imitation because real crab is crazy expensive), boiled egg, grilled onions, and Duke mayo. This is great by itself, on low carb crackers, or low carb bread. I eat about 1 cup of it and if I’m still hungry I eat a few grape tomatoes.
The cost for this serving is ~ 1.50

Hey y’all. Thanks for liking the page. My life has been so super busy I have not been able to post in a while. I want to say welcome to all the new members and I’m going to start trying to post more often!
This weeks water routine and breakfast will be the same. This helps me save money on groceries and as a mom of 5 I try to keep a tight grocery budget.
So each morning i have my water and I add my Built Bar boost flavoring. If you have not tried this stuff I highly recommended you do. It’s amazing! I also recently started adding collagen powder to help my skin heal and tighten (like I said I’ve had 5 babies 👶 ).
This week for breakfast I am having an egg sandwich. I am using aldi’s low carb bread, dukes mayo, and well an egg 🥚 lol
The cost for my breakfast is ~ 1.60
I mostly shop at ALDI USA so the prices I quote y’all may differ if you don’t have an Aldi where you live. If you have an aldi and have not shopped there you should totally check it out!
