Dr Tamara Dixon is an African American former university professor, writer, and outspoken voice whose reported detention has sparked growing human rights concerns online. She alleges that she is being held in inhumane circumstances (no access to a working toilet) with restricted communication, confiscated devices, and limited access to legal representation.
