We are excited to announce our official membership structure! Please flip through this post to see different types/tiers of membership. Money raised from memberships will be put towards disc sport infrastructure in Athens County, starting with improvements to The Green Mile Disc Golf Course. On the last slide is a QR code that will take you to the Membership Form -- this is also linked in our bio!

Phil Leuck’s Athens Memorial

Saturday, March 28 at 1pm at Karmageddon Disc Golf Course. Join us to throw a round, walk the course, or simply sit and share stories.

Space is limited, so please carpool when possible. Additional parking will be available at Little Fish Brewery’s lower parking lot, with rides to the course available.

Please print out photos you have of Phil for a memorial photo book.

Bring chairs and drinks for yourselves, a small snackish potluck item and cards if you’d like to play Euchre. We will provide a keg of Phil’s favorite beer from Devil’s Kettle.

Directions: Karmageddon is located on Armitage Rd, Athens OH. Turn onto Armitage by the sign for Little Fish Brewery and continue going until you see the disc course - it’s about 2-3 miles.

Looking for a way to be active, meet people, and sling plastic? Casual Ultimate pickup games go down Thursday at 6pm in the fields near the Athens Public Library. Show up and show out!

Here's a look at some of the public disc golf courses you can play near the city of Athens! Tee and basket positions can be found using the UDisc app. Check them out once warm weather returns or brave the cold and see how you can do!

The Athens Disc Alliance (ADA) is a new non-profit in Athens, Ohio, as of October 2025.  The ADA was incorporated by local disc golf and ultimate frisbee enthusiasts to promote disc sports in the area.  They have registered with the Ohio Secretary of State and have filed for non-profit status with the IRS.  The current board members of the ADA are Chris Chmiel (President), Lori Gromen (Vice President), Ken Sampson (Treasurer), Jason Kopelwitz (Secretary), Phil Leuck, Morgan Hafner, Keller Fultz (OU Disc Golf Club Rep). The ADA is in the process of developing a strategic plan to help promote disc sports in the area.  If you would like to get involved with the ADA please let us know.
