Throwback Thursday made me think of the end of the year coming up so soon. I look back over my year in art, and this one still just sings to me. I think she's my favorite piece of the entire year. She'll never be for sale, because she lives on my altar now.

A few folks have asked me what I use for my newfound pencil addiction. This is what I keep in my little drawing bag. I wonder how it'll evolve down the road.

My favorite mother-daughter duo had me over to visit last night. Mom said I could play to suit myself, but the daughter (my Whovian hands from earlier this year) wanted to challenge me. "Can you do a galaxy?" she asked. I said "You want spiral, elliptical, dwarf, Seyfert, or how?" she got herself a quasar of her very own.
