So damn proud of this guy. Today was our last session before he moves into Ohio Northern where he will join the 7% of athletes that move on to the collegiate level. He is one of the original Physical Culture athletes. I met him the summer before his sophomore year and have worked with him since that day. I am grateful to have been part of your journey.
