We provide swim lessons for adults, adult learn-to-swim, triathletes, masters swimmers, competitive age group swimmers, and fitness swimmers at our Arlington, VA location.
It might be getting colder outside, but we're heating up in the pool! Everyone's favorite Sculling, Treading, & Deep Water Skills Clinic is back next THURS 10/26 from 7:30pm-8:30pm at the Pozez JCC of Northern Virginia (located at 8900 Little River Turnpike, Annandale VA). Join us while we learn and fine tune different ways to move through water, treading water, oxygen exchange for buoyancy and balance, and skills/tips to make sure you're comfortable & safe out in deeper water! We'll be focusing on becoming more comfortable in deep water by working on how to scull & stay afloat, tread water in shallow & deep waters, different ways to scull & why it's so important, using your oxygen to your benefit, and tips/skills to use to stay calm & comfortable in deep water.
