Membership is open to any person over 18 years of age interested in the goals and objectives of this organization. Members shall be admitted to the organization upon submission of an application form, background check, and review. Members with horses must satisfactorily complete certification yearly or prior to being on search. List of certification exercises:

Broken Wheel Riding Club is very active supporting local communities by gathering food panty donations, ringing bells for the Salvation Army, donating to other organizations to support their missions. Check out their page to learn more!

Our department is looking for 22 year-old Jorge L. Jara-Cagal. Jorge left his Menasha home on foot last night between 10-11PM. Jorge is non-verbal and suffers from other cognitive delays. Jorge is likely wearing gray sweatpants and a long sleeve green shirt with a black short sleeve shirt over that. It is believed he is barefoot. Jorge is 5'09" and about 160 lbs. His hair is longer than depicted in the photo and his family reports he now has a beard. The last time Jorge was missing he traveled by foot outside of the Menasha city limits.
