We took the classic club sandwich and made it into a DOUBLE SMASH BURGER and honestly this might be one of the greatest ideas we have ever had (thank you The Flat Top King)!! 🍔🥓🧀🔥 Club Sandwich Double Smash Burgers on the Pit Boss Grills Griddle and huge shoutout to our buddy Neal the Flat Top King because we are using his incredible Smash That Burger Seasoning on these and it is absolutely PERFECT!! We started by frying up crispy bacon on the griddle, toasted ALL THREE pieces of bread per burger on both sides for maximum golden brown delicious, then seasoned our two ounce meatballs with that Smash That Burger Seasoning, laid the smash down, flipped them and loaded them up with American cheese!! Then we built the most incredible triple decker club sandwich smash burger you have ever seen — bottom bread with mayo, double smash patty with American cheese, middle bread with mayo on BOTH sides, fresh tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper, lettuce, crispy bacon and the top bread with mayo on the inside!!
