Mesh and Meltdowns

e that landed me right here. I thought to myself one night when I was absorbing my 2 a.m. alone time “why not put my addiction to good use?”, so, here I am! If you’ve made it to my page, you’re probably wondering where the name “Mesh and Meltdowns” came from. If you’re an au-some momma, then you aren’t wondering at all. For the rest of you, let me fill you in. I have 2 beautiful children, one of which was diagnosed with level 2 autism spectrum disorder at the beginning of 2024. As a certified over-thinker, I immediately jumped into research mode. Turns out, there are ample resources you can scour for almost 2 years straight and still have no idea what you’re doing. ASD isn’t new but it is newly researched to the capacity it is being researched at now. 1 in 31 children are diagnosed with autism by age 4. With that understanding and knowing how much information there is to still be uncovered on this disorder, I will be donating 10% of all wreath purchases, 20% of all autism specialty wreath purchases, and 40% of all wreath purchases during National Autism Month (April) to the Autism Society of America. This foundation helps families with autistic individuals receive resources and support while navigating the ins-and-outs of autism.
