June is Gun Violence Awareness Month, when we remember the lives lost to gun violence and work to protect our community from shootings. To commemorate this solemn occasion, NO HARM is holding their 4th annual Gun Violence Awareness Fair this Saturday, June 27, from 12 to 3 p.m. at Pip Moyer Rec Center.
This annual community event, cosponsored by Moms Demand Action, is designed to promote peace, awareness, healing, and violence prevention throughout the City of Annapolis.
Attendees can expect free food and drinks, guest speakers, youth and family activities, interactive games, music, and opportunities to connect with community groups and learn about accessing resources.
