What other components do you incorporate in your preworkout ritual? 🍴

I’ve got something heavy for this lovely Monday morning!
☝🏼Comparison is indeed the thief of joy. The more I reflect on it, the more I see the truth in it

First, let me preface as your coach, my role isn't to make you like me or fit into a predefined idea of success. My purpose is to lead you to become the person you envision in your heart but haven't quite reached yet, guiding you toward your unique version of success. This could be physically, mentally, or even spiritually.

In the earlier days of my journey, I used to find myself comparing to other women—feeling intimidated by how skinny they were, how beautiful they were , or even how successful they were in their career. Once I started to do more personal work, I realized a few crucial things:
* If I desire anything from another woman, it starts with her character.
* Even if we succeed in the same areas, our unique qualities impact different people.

💕The key takeaway? Don't police other women's journeys. If you're fully engaged in your own process, there's no time to compare. Instead, applaud your sisters as they live out their purpose! Remember, you are someone's hero. By pursuing your purpose, you give permission for others to do the same.

I personally want to be a woman who leads other women and a woman who can be lead!
