Try this out for a week for each meal have a nice size portion of protein, healthy carbs, and healthy fats. Fit in 4-6 meals in to your day with high intensity anaerobic cardio 3 days a week. You will see a major difference in just a week. There is no easy way to drop bodyfat. You have to have a guide and a goal. Oh and don't forget to at least be drinking a ounce of water a day per body weight pound! Your body will thank you! -Fitness By Mick

Think about it like this. Your body is a machine and you only get one. Would you fuel your machine with the best possible source of fuel or take chances and put nasty artificial fuel in your machine. Will it still run on either fuel source? Absolutely. But if your given the option wouldn't you pick the best possible source? Then stop making the bad decisions and putting crap in your body "fake food". Your body shows what kind of fuel you put in it. Watch how happy and great you will feel! Have a blessed day!

Stop with the excuses. If you want to start feeling and looking better and just start enjoying life that much more get on an exercise/meal program. If you have no idea how to start a exercise program that's right for you then find a reliable coach/trainer in your area to help you get started. Stay focused and start enjoying life.
