We have a flat rate of $1,500 for full comprehensive Doula support from highly trained and experienced Doulas. Each Doula who serves through CFL Doulas took an extensive 18 month mentorship/apprenticeship style training program through the In Joy Birth mentorship program, learning hands on through seasoned experts. Aaliyah Savage is an undergraduate student in the Department of Nutritional Sciences at the University of Georgia working in the Maternal and Child Nutrition Lab. Her current research focuses on the association between maternal physical activity during pregnancy and pregnancy and infant outcomes.
As part of this study, she will be surveying postpartum mothers (within six months of delivery) to gather relevant data. If you are interested and qualify, please reach out to her to sign up.
