Now & Zen is coming up soon, so we thought we'd share a small refresher about what this event is and why we're hosting it! Swipe through the gallery below to learn more.

This annual celebration is a chance to come together as a community, honor our mission and history, and thank our steadfast supporters for all they do. It's also our biggest opportunity to expand our programming and meet the demand we've been receiving β€” to serve more grade levels, reach more schools, and teach more workplaces about the benefits of mindfulness practice. To do this, we need your help. πŸ’™

We’re inviting our community to come together to support the expansion of programs that have been proven to reduce children’s anxiety and improve their self-management. We’re aiming high with a goal of raising $20,000, so your contribution and participation in our silent auction will truly be invaluable in helping us meet this unprecedented need and ensuring equitable access for Lehigh Valley youth.

We want to share our gratitude for Palmer Township Kiwanis, who awarded Shanthi Project a $2,000 grant for the 2025-2026 school year! With this funding, we were able to bring our Refresher Series to Palmer Elementary School.

Our Refresher Series is for students who already received our full, evidence-backed curriculum during the previous school year. These sessions serve as an important review of those concepts β€” solidifying and supporting ongoing mindfulness practice both in and out of the classroom.

Many thanks to The Kiwanis Club of Palmer Township for enabling us to deliver this programming!

Earlier this week, a stellar group of volunteers from Shanthi Project's staff, board, and families helped assemble a whopping 875 summer mindfulness kits! These kits were distributed to *each and every student* at Francis D. Raub Middle School in the Allentown School District β€” just in time for a mindful and grounding summer vacation. β˜€οΈ

This opportunity was made possible through a PCCD grant in partnership with the United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley. We are so grateful to be able to provide these tools to support Raub's students, and we're wishing all of them a very fun and relaxing summer!
