Nicole Gauvin had been making art for 10 years for friends and family before she ever sold anything. It wasn't until she started watching the TV show Supernatural with her husband and wanted to go to the convention that she ever considered selling her art. Putting herself out there was scary but the risk paid off - Nicole earned enough to buy the weekend gold passes for her and husband! Now she's saving up for front row tickets!
I made some art today!
I’m an artist. My art is called iris paper folding. Each piece is handmade, one layer of folded paper at a time. Using upcycled materials.
