Men and Women,

On a walk today, my thoughts drifted to the “boiling frog” metaphor.

If a frog is dropped into boiling water, it jumps out immediately. But if the water is warmed slowly, it adapts—degree by degree—until it’s too late to escape.

It struck me as a powerful analogy for abusive relationships.

Abuse rarely begins as obvious violence. It often starts subtly: sharp comments disguised as jokes, criticism framed as concern, control presented as care. Then small escalations—raised voices, slammed doors, emotional pressure. Each step is just tolerable enough to be dismissed.

Over time, the nervous system adapts. What was once unacceptable becomes normal. Fear, hope, love, shame, and dependency blend together, making it harder to recognize the danger or leave it.

From the outside, it looks obvious. From the inside, it feels gradual.

That’s why “why don’t they just leave?” misses the point. People don’t adapt because they are weak, but because gradual change rewires what feels normal.

The broader lesson goes beyond relationships: many harmful situations—families, jobs, even lifestyles—don’t arrive suddenly. They creep in slowly enough that we adjust without noticing.

The real question becomes: what are we normalizing that we should actually be escaping?

I truly value these walks—so much wisdom locked in our heads if we listen.

To be honest,

It's time for friends and families to buy large tracts of land, secure their own sources of food and water, and arm themselves to become dangerous to anyone—ANYONE—who tries to take it.

Things are getting real.

“If you drop a frog into boiling water, it will jump out and survive. But if you turn up the temperature slowly, it will remain there until it dies.”

Goat Conspiracy:

Data centers, bio-engineered ticks (Alpha Gal), lumpy skin disease in cattle, and the war on backyard chickens are all designed to drive people out of rural areas and into cities.

It’s a deliberate ploy to turn most of the population into city dwellers. City people are some of the most dependent populations on government. In cities, food and essential resources are far easier to control—easier to poison people through water, too. The end goal is to eliminate your independence and have complete control.

If men who prey on young and inexperienced women are creepy, then...
..what does that make me—a man who preys on older, experienced women?

The Graduation Post:

I received a few heated messages from my melanated brothers and sisters about my post when I said, "I hate my people during graduation."

Look, I do. I hate how people who look like me act like they’ve never achieved anything worthwhile. It’s like when we were children and our mothers told us, “Act like you been somewhere before.”

It’s so tacky: dozens of students accept their diplomas with grace and respect for the class, then some goofy ass person decides to be the center of attention and ruin it.

My people, don’t obnoxiously celebrate some s**t as mundane as graduating high school or college—act like you got sense.

The fatigue is real.

Mitchell County Ladies,

Brandon Keith is a straight-up predator who belongs on the Sexual Predator registry—he slipped throughthe cracks.

I was instrumental in getting his ass fired from the Mitchell County Sheriff’s Department. He never should have been wearing a badge in the first place.

While working as a deputy, he was removed from Baconton Charter School for inappropriate contact with an elementary student. Instead of doing the right thing, the Mitchell County Sheriff’s Office protected him and kept him on. Later, he assaulted a woman with zero cause or justification and was finally booted for good.

Most mature women around here already know his name and reputation. They steer clear because they’ve heard the stories. But now this creep is back on the prowl, targeting younger, naive girls — especially around 20 years old — who don’t know any better. He offers to smoke w**d, get them loosened up, and tries to take advantage once they’re intoxicated and vulnerable.

-Do not let this man into your life. Period.

-Do not hang out with him.

-Do not get drunk or high around him.

-Do not trust him for one second.

-Do not allow him anywhere near your children or younger family members.

He preys on ignorance and lowered inhibitions. If you’re a young woman, especially in the Mitchell County or South Georgia area, spread the word and watch your back. This is not someone to “give a chance” or “just be friends” with.

Seriously — stay far away and don’t even entertain the idea. Your safety isn’t worth testing his reputation.
