From elevated grazing elements to hot, flavor-forward entrées, every detail was curated for both visual impact and unforgettable flavor.

I’ve really been enjoying doing these fusion menus! This event we did Cajun meets Caribbean meets Creole, full setup, service, and cleanup included.

✨ Lemon tahini cauliflower “steak” (vegan / gluten-free) finished with microgreens & pomegranate

✨ Almond olive oil citrus cake with vegan vanilla bean ice cream

Inspired by a thoughtful peach + candied pecan favor from the Dallas Farmers Market, given to me by a recent client event, I wanted to be sure to carry that same warmth into this menu 🍑

This was my first try at [LOADED] Oxtail Fried Rice, and I must say it is 🔥🔥🔥 I’ve been asked to add it to the weekly menu, and I just might 😏😌
Shredded Oxtail 🦬, Red Onions 🧅, Scrambled Eggs 🍳, Minced Ginger 🫚, Peas 🫛, Carrots 🥕 and Diced Spicy Mango & Jalapeño Chicken Sausage 🥭 drizzled with some Spicy Mayo 🤤🤤🤤
