M + T’s intimate wedding at . Featuring THESE SHOES. 🤩 These two got hitched and celebrated with a low key family dinner with BBQ and cake and a lil smoochin’ under some twinkle lights. Nothing over the top. Nothing “traditional” other than a small ceremony and signing a marriage license. They did what they wanted and I 1000% am in support of that. ✨

This one was special (though all the days I get to work are)—an ode, an honor, a calling upon ancestors. It was earth meeting art, humans meeting nature. It was family-style and intimate, large and quiet. It was cohesion and it was juxtaposed. It was a poet’s dream and a photographer’s playground.

Life lately has been filled with full circles. Synchronicities and reminders where I came from. Reminders where I am now.
Addison is one of them. I’ve known Addison since she was a literal toddler. We grew up in the same small town, going to same school, the same church, living on the same street. We went our separate ways and started living our dreams and found each other again, this time she is marrying J***y who is, frankly, taken away by Addison. Their love is gorgeous to see and is a ton of fun (though Addison would likely just say “I’m sorry I’m so awkward!”) to be around, and I can’t wait to see them be long-time pardners and say “yeehaw” to a lifetime together in October. Rumor has it I bought boots for the occasion.
