I’m Oyirwoth John,(OYR JOHN) also known as Roman UG or MR.8. I’m the founder of 8Lenz Pictures, where I direct music videos, and I serve as the Media Director and Advocacy Filmmaker at Humanitarian Services Action. I use film to highlight the real-life struggles of refugees and vulnerable communities, focusing on Child Protection, Gender-Based Violence, Education, ECD, Youth Empowerment, Food Security, and Climate Action. I collect true stories, train local actors, and direct impactful films. These are screened in communities to raise awareness, spark dialogue, and inspire action toward social change.
