This is a group of young professionals that was founded by Otuk and Wesonga in July 2014 with an aim of transforming people lives by solving problems in fitness, health, nutrition sports. We look forward to creating a social economic impact in the community through providing employment opportunities and empowering the community with awareness, knowledge and skills in fitness, health, nutrition and sports.

This food that is easily accessible in the market will do more that you having a tasty meal.It does not only compete to be the single most compklete food but it has healing qualities.These are its components.

protein -highest among fruits; about 2 g per 100 g (3.5 oz)
fiber - about 6.7 g per 100 g; highest soluble fiber content of any fruit
