True brand building is about shaping an authentic narrative over time. That’s exactly what we did with Snowman's – crafting a story around its irresistible ice cream and yoghurt range, inspired by the essence of a snowman: fun, refreshing, and timeless.

When East African cold chain company 𝗣𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗔𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮 approached us to define their ice cream & yoghurt brand and craft an identity that would resonate with the masses, we immersed ourselves—exploring the factory, understanding the production process, and building a solid partnership with the owners.

We translated their vision into a brand experience that now stands as a market leader, scooping the hearts of dairy lovers across Uganda and the EA region.

✅ 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 – We created an eye-catching, modern look and feel for both ice cream and yoghurt SKUs that stands out in the freezer aisle. From layouts to creative artwork, every pack visually communicates the brand’s freshness and indulgence.

✅ 𝗢𝘂𝘁-𝗼𝗳-𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲 (𝗢𝗢𝗛) & 𝗜𝗻-𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 – Snowman’s visibility was elevated through high-impact billboards, fleet branding, ice cream fridge branding, and custom in-store display banners, ensuring that the brand stayed top-of-mind.

✅ 𝗚𝗼-𝗧𝗼-𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 – To drive consideration and demand, we executed a Through-the-Line (TTL) brand activation campaign that engaged consumers at multiple touchpoints.

✅ 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 – Beyond physical branding, set-up interactive social media channels, running exciting raffle draws, games, and engagement campaigns that grew Snowman’s community of dairy lovers.

Through a blend of storytelling, strategic branding, and immersive marketing, we transformed Snowman’s into a household name - Winning not just market share, but also prestigious industry awards, cementing Snowman’s as Uganda’s leading dairy brand and deepening the affection of consumers nationwide.
