Okay Sesanga away from noise, a few lessons picked here.(Arsenal's mighty win for the EPL trophy) is true for these reasons.
1. Trust the process- but improve it. (People mocked arsenal for years, no experience, too young) But consistency, patience, structure brought their gradual improvement untill they've won it
2. Young people need leadership not noise. These young people only win when there's clear leadership, discipline, motivation, belief... And that's why I'm managing to almost keep every child in our community here to our school..
3. Pain can become preparation. Arsenal lost titles before, they got several disappointments. But setbacks taught them emotional strength.
4. Embarrassment is sometimes trainings for future success... Who has never received this tough situation before, I know even in your filmmaking, there's been a lot of this negativity.
5. Patience is expensive but powerful, fans waited many years, some gave up, many insulted the team, but here now, the sound is clear now
