Every design decision for InTempo was based on consultations with musicians, psychologists, and psychotherapists (CBT and EMDR methods) and existing research on the effects of music and rhythm on human physiology. + was initiated based on the author's experience with panic attacks and the experience of her friends/acquaintances with anxiety. The project became a finalist in the Lexus Design Awards 2021 competition, was published in international/national design publications (most recently in AlTiba-9), and became part of the "I know how it is" podcast.
